The month of March is normally associated with college basketball but for the first time it can now be associated with football as Spring Football starts March 27 at 4 pm at Burdick Field.
Normally pracitce is held on the lower Towson Center field adjacent to Unitas Stadium, but to kick-off the 2009 Spring football season head coach Rob Ambrose has moved the first pracitce to Burdick Field in the heart of campus.
This is a good chance to not only get a peek at the 2009 football team but to also see the new head coach and the staff he has assembled.
