How to Register for an OTS Workshop

OTS offers free workshops for Towson University faculty, staff and students. To search and register for classes go to {http://www.towson.edu/adminfinance/ots/trainingdoc/}.

Searching for a Workshop
1) To search for classes in a calendar format click on Workshop Calendar.
2) To search for classes in a list format, click on Register for a Workshop. You can sort classes by Audience, Workshop, or Date. To change the sorting, click on the header: Audience, Workshop or Date.
3) To view a course description, click on the course name and a new dialog box will appear.

Registering for a Workshop
1) Click on Register for a Workshop either on the OTS Training homepage or on the top-left corner of the Workshop Calendar.
2) Locate one or more classes that you would like to attend and click on the selection box next to the workshop title (you can check multiple boxes with one submission).
3) Scroll to the bottom of the page and complete the form with your email address (Towson email preferred). If you have a question related to the classes, please write them in the Questions about Workshops? box.
4) Click Submit. You will receive an email from {training@towson.edu} confirming your selections and giving you the option to add the class to your Outlook calendar.

To Cancel a Workshop
1) Open Outlook or Outlook Web App
2) Email {training@towson.edu} with your name and class/date that you would like to cancel.
