Facebook — Removing Yourself from Facebook Search Results
1) Sign in to Facebook and click on Account, located in the top right corner of the screen. The drop-down menu will appear.
2) Click on Privacy Settings.
3) Click on Friends Only. Click on Apply These Settings. Doing this will eliminate you from all searches and make it so that only your friends can find you and see your information.
4) If you would like to customize your options, click on Customize Settings.
