Outlook Web App Disabling Conversation View

The new Outlook Web App has a different look compared with past versions. One major change has been the way messages are grouped together by conversation. If you wish to turn off this feature and revert back to a more classic view, follow the steps below:

Disabling Conversation View

1. Click the dropdown arrow of the View command from the Message Menu Bar. A dropdown menu will appear.
2. Under the Group by Conversations component, uncheck the Use Conversations option.
3. The message list in the View Pane will return to a single chronological view.
