Black & Gold Catering has revised the Food Waiver Request Form, which is necessary for any outside food and beverage purchases. The updated form can be found at {http://towsonu.catertrax.com} under the Policies page, or on the ECS Facilities Reservation Form at {http://fusion.towson.edu/www/facilityreservations/}.
Per the Towson University Catering & Meal Coupon Policy: ?The University has a contractual obligation to purchase catering and food related services from Chartwells Dining Services and Black and Gold Catering for all campus events. To request exception to the contractual requirement, a Food Waiver must be requested from Chartwells. Food purchased for campus events from outside sources without a Food Waiver is considered a violation of the campus policy. ?
