As the second installment in our Every Other Monday Series, on March 15, at 4:00pm in the Susquehanna Terrace, the Department of MCCS and TU Speech and Debate Program host a public debate on China v. the U.S.: Human Rights and Civil Liberties Members of the Nationally Ranked Towson University Speech and Debate Program face off against each other in a battle of wits about hypocrisy, labor practices, and regulation of individual liberties in both super power nations. There will be plenty of time for audience participation some come ready to make your opinion count.
