The English Language Center at Towson University will relocate its offices to Suite 331 on the third floor of the Enrollment Services Building as of Wednesday, January 4, 2006. The ELC will reopen with limited service following the New Year. Phone service will not be fully activated until the second week of January; however, messages can be left and will be responded to as quickly as possible.
