A group of 50 black and white photographs taken by photographer Andrea Baldeck provides a rare glimpse of the life in distant lands. A musician and physician, Baldeck traveled through regions along the Mekong River to remote locations in Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam, and Cambodia to capture the transient yet lingering beauty of life, culture and nature of the region. This photographic travelogue is presented in cooperation with the University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archeology and Anthropology in Philadelphia. Highlights of the Asian Art Permanent Collection is also on view.
Gallery Hours: Mon.-Fri. 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Sat. 1-4 p.m. Admission is free.
