“The Press in the Revolutionary Period and News Today,” a lecture by Beth Haller, Associate Professor of Mass Communications and Communication Studies, will be held in the Towson Room, Cook 507, on Wednesday, April 19th, at 7:30 p.m. Living history interpreters in 18th Century garb will attend the lecture and be available to talk informally about their volunteer activities in the Baltimore area. This presentation is part of the continuing exhibit “Alexander Hamilton, the Man Who Made Modern America” sponsored by the National Endowment for the Humanities, the New-York Historical Society, the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History and the American Library Association.
