Amy M. Pleet, Ed.D, Graduate Director of Special Education and a full-time faculty member, has been appointed by the Governor to serve on the Maryland Interagency Transition Council. The Council is charged with improving the availability and quality of services to students with disabilities as they prepare to transition from high school into adult life. Dr. Pleet is Co-Chair, in partnership with Kristen Cox, Director of the Governor?s Office for Individuals with Disabilities.
