The Dowell Health Center is pleased to announce that they now have available the new rapid HIV Test. The rapid test is free and anonymous, offering quick next day results. HIV Testing is available at the Dowell Health Center on a walk-in basis on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., or by appointment on other days.
