In Memory of Amanda Gilland, TU Pre-Mass Communication Major

It is with deep sadness that I inform the university community of the recent passing of Amanda Gilland. Ms. Gilland was a pre-mass communication major. As stated in The Sun newspaper, friends may call at the family owned Mitchell-Widefeld Funeral Home, Inc., 6500 York Road (at Overbrook), on Thursday, December 2, 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 3, 11:00 a.m., at Faith Presbyterian Church (Loch Raven Boulevard and Woodbourne Avenue). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center, ATTN: Development Office, 100 North Charles Street, Suite 200, Baltimore, MD 21201 or to the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland, 1107 Kenilworth Drive, Suite 202, Baltimore, MD 21204.
