Attend the live broadcast of A Concert for the Chesapeake Bay, a co-production of WTMD and Maryland Public Television.
The Concert for the Chesapeake Bay calls attention to the health of this national treasure and encourages Marylanders to volunteer their time to help with clean up efforts from dozens of organizations dedicated to the care of of the Chesapeake.
Hosted by WTMD’s General Manager Steve Yasko and MPT’s Yolanda Vazquez, The Concert for the Chesapeake Bay will take place on Sunday, April 22 at 6 pm. The two hour event will be held in the MPT studios in Owings Mills featuring performances by the Cris Jacobs Band, Old Man Brown and a very special performance of Baltimore by Caleb & Saleem.
WTMD will simulcast the concert which will also feature a recorded segment from Rachel Yamagata during her show at Rams Head On Stage.
