Towson University?s new electronic signs are now ready to accept message postings. The locations of the signs ? on Towsontown Blvd., Osler Dr. and York Rd. ? make them ideal for communicating TU happenings to the general public.
To request a message posting, please provide the following information:

4. York Rd. near 7800 York Rd.
Prior to being submitted to {signs@towson.edu}, requests for message postings must be approved by the office of the vice president or, in the case of Academic Affairs, the dean through whom the requestor reports.
Please send requests at least one week in advance of the start date of the message. Messages should be kept to a maximum of 60 characters, including spaces. Drivers typically see the message boards for only 3 seconds, so messages need to be concise.
Events, achievements and announcements must be of interest to the general public who will view the messages as they drive by. Examples would be: art/sports events, lectures to which the public is invited, or national awards received.
The signs are not intended to be used for publicizing on-campus events not open to the public. Examples of inappropriate messages would be: notices of campus organization meetings or campus-only entertainment.
