Outlook 2010 Color Code Your Outlook 2010 Inbox Messages

1) Click the View tab on the ribbon
2) Click on the View Settings from the Current View group.
3) Click the Conditional Formatting button. You can change any of the existing ones for Unread messages, Expired messages, or you can add your own (Click the Add button. This is where you add ?rules? or ?conditions?).
4) Click on the condition to be changed. Change the font for this selection by clicking Font. Choose font and color. Click OK. Click OK.
