Neighbors Helping Neighbors is a program developed by the Baltimore County Office of Emergency Management to provide community members with information on assisting themselves and other people in the community during an emergency. This six week program will cover the subjects on the date and times indicated below. Space in the program is limited to twenty (20) Towson University (student, faculty and staff) participants and they must attend three of the first four sessions in order to receive certification in First Aid and CPR. The cost of the program is free and training materials and other emergency preparedness items will be provided to attendees. To attend, please contact Cpl. Gregory via email no later than September 16, 2011.
