Campus Site and Safety ?Landscaping will take place spring of 2012. Corrections to the east wall of the service road retaining wall are complete.
West Village Garage – Punch list and warranty items continue.
Newell Richmond Renovations ? Interior and exterior renovations continue to progress.
Ward and West ? Design is ongoing. Early utility work is scheduled for June 2012.
Tiger Arena ? Steel erection is about 70% complete. Precast concrete is about 90% complete. Foundations and concrete walls are nearly complete with remaining poured in place concrete about 50% complete. New gas service installation to take place in late March, 2012.
West Village Housing ? HVAC systems under remedial action by contractor.
