A number of TU employees have reported receiving an e-mail regarding renewing their driver?s license. The email says that beginning January 1, 2012 the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) will no longer be sending out driver?s license renewal notices. Please note that the information in this e-mail is false.
According to the MVA, they are required by law to send out driver?s license renewal notices 60 days before a driver?s license expires.
