All new employees (students, graduate assistants, regular and part-time faculty, lecturers, regular and contingent staff) must personally report to the Office of Human Resources prior to their start of employment to complete the Form I-9. Since 1986, the U.S. Government has required all employers to verify the identity and eligibility of their employees to work in the United States. In accordance with the U.S. Department of Justice and Towson University?s procedures, verification of the Form I-9 is required before the new hire?s paperwork can be processed.
The Office of Human Resources is located on the first floor of the Administration Building, which is at the corner of York Road and Cross Campus Drive. Employment Associates are available to assist new employees Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
