The following downtime will occur Sunday, July 17 during the Office of Technology Services’ Sunday maintenance window.
OTS will recable the server rooms to install new equipment, causing the following services to be unavailable, midnight-2 p.m.:
* PeopleSoft — all services
* E-mail — Exchange and OpenWebmail will not be available for inbound and outbound mail; only internal e-mail will be available during the downtime. Messages sent or received during the downtime will be queued for future delivery.
* Blackboard — all services
* Inside@Towson — all services, including timesheets, Forms Repository, etc.
* Orion Database — may experience an outage but will not be down for the entire maintenance window
