The following downtimes will occur Sunday, June 12 during the Office of Technology Services’ Sunday maintenance window:
CITRIX SERVICES UNAVAILABLE, 9-11 A.M.
All Citrix services, which allow faculty, staff and student employees access to Exchange (Outlook) mailboxes, network file shares (e.g., H: and O: drives) and standard Microsoft applications (e.g., Word, Excel) from any off-campus computer, will be unavailable 9-11 a.m., Sunday. During the downtime OTS will upgrade a network driver to improve the server’s stability.
