Outlook 2003/2007 Use Keyboard Shortcuts
F9 – Checks the server for mail (Send/Receive)
F7 – Checks the spelling
CTRL+G – Allows you to selects a specific date in the Calendar
CTRL+SHIFT+A – Creates an appointment
CTRL+SHIFT+C – Creates a contact
CTRL+SHIFT+M – Creates an e-mail message
CTRL+SHIFT+K – Creates a task
