The following downtimes will occur January 7 during the Office of Technology Services Sunday maintenance window:
NEW! The GOLD server will be taken offline, 10-10:30 a.m. for hardware upgrades. As a result, H and O drives, Citrix and special cross-departmental drives will be unavailable. If you have questions, please contact the OTS Operations Center at 410-704-2438.
In addition, Blackboard services (My LearnOnline) located at bbweb.towson.edu will be unavailable, 6 a.m.-noon. OTS will perform security updates. If you have questions, please contact the OTS Help Center at 410-704-5151.
