The following downtimes will occur November 19 during the Office of Technology Services’ Sunday maintenance window:
– E-mail services (Exchange) for faculty/staff/student employees will be unavailable, 7-9 a.m.
– The Pylon service, used to synchronize wireless handheld devices with Exchange, will be unavailable, 7-10 a.m.
These outages are necessary as OTS performs maintenance and security updates on the Exchange servers.
