Fiscal Planning and Services
Beginning November 1, 2006, Mr. James Williamson will serve as Associate Vice President for Fiscal Planning and Services with responsibility over the University Budget Office, the Procurement Department, and Financial Services, which includes the Bursar?s Office. Jim brings to Towson more than 25 years higher education experience in the University System of Maryland. He most recently worked as the Director of Budget and Financial Analysis at University of Maryland University College. Prior to that he served as the Associate Vice President for Administration and Finance at the University of Baltimore for 13 years.
Office of Administration and Finance
On August 1, 2006 Ms. Amie Voith was appointed Special Assistant to Vice President for Administration and Finance and CFO James P. Sheehan. Effective November 13, 2006, Ms. Mary (Cassy) Bennett will serve as Executive Administrative Assistant II. Amie has worked at Towson since October 2003, starting as Communications Specialist in the Office of Technology Services, then moving up to communications at the divisional level. She most recently served as Administrative Specialist to the vice president. Cassy comes to the Office of Administration and Finance from the Auxiliary Services department, bringing nine years of TU experience, two of which were at the executive administrative assistant level.
