The following downtimes will occur April 9 during the Office of Technology Services’ Sunday maintenance window:
NEW! ALL TU NETWORK SERVICES SPORADICALLY UNAVAILABLE, 6 A.M.-NOON
Campus and Web services affected include:
– Internet
– Blackboard
– E-mail
– Peoplesoft
– Tiger
– Virtual Private Network (VPN)
– Pylon
– Remote Access Server (RAS)
– Citrix
– All other TU services
This intermittent outage is necessary as OTS continues to upgrade the campus data network to provide better security and reliability.
GOLD SERVER DOWN, 9-11 A.M.
The following services will be unavailable as a result:
– H: (Personal) Drives
– O: (Departmental) Drives
– Cross-Departmental Shares
– Citrix Profiles
OTS will attach new hardware to the GOLD server for additional storage.
