Alice Yutzy creates ceramic sculptures that are characterized by non-objective organic forms with crevices, edges, voids and curving spirals. Each piece in the exhibition illustrates a symbolic “life-affirming” quality with themes of connection, inner path, support and renewal.

Tiffany Jordan’s ideas come from an intuitive process, trusting her unconscious to decide the initial characteristics of her compositions. Using the raw physicality of mark making, she expresses her feelings and personal experiences, creating tension, interaction and a sense of chaos. The process of marking, layering and build up of repetitive marks and lines reveal a history, a palimpsest of actions and memories, much like the process of building our lives.

Free admission.
