The Naval Academy Brass Ensemble comprised of members of “The Navy’s Oldest and Finest Band” performs a concert under the direction of trumpet artist David Hickman, who founded the Summit Brass. Selections include Handel’s Overture to the Royal Fireworks; Mendez’s Gallit; Strauss’s Vienna Philharmonic Fanfare; Plog’s Octet; and Koetsier’s Symphony for Brass.
