Join the Towson University Symphony Orchestra and trumpet soloist, Luis Engelke, for an evening of Latin and Latin-inspired music. A highlight of the program will be the world premiere of Brazilian composer Jose Siqueira’s Concertino for Trumpet and Chamber Orchestra. The concert also features music by Chabrier, Jose Luis Elizondo and Mexican American composer Rafael Mendez, who was the first trumpet soloist to receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
