Student Employees: Instructions for Changing Your Address with the Payroll Office

Want to make sure your paychecks don’t get lost?

Then let the Payroll Office know of any upcoming changes to the address that your paychecks are mailed to!

Keeping an accurate address with the Payroll Office ensures you will receive your final spring semester pay check, which will be mailed on June 4. If you are graduating or not planning to return to Towson University, Payroll will need your permanent address to ensure that you receive your calendar year-end tax form (W-2 Employee?s Earning Statement).

Payroll Address Change Forms are available on the Financial Services Web site at {http://wwwnew.towson.edu/adminfinance/fiscalplanning/financialservices}. Go to the “Forms Directory” and select “Address Change Form” under Payroll Interactive Forms. Follow the directions printed on the form.
