VOTE 2005: Your voice comes alive! It is time for the SGA Elections

The Election Commission Committee is in need of student poll workers for the SGA Elections on Monday April 18th from 10 am to 7pm and Tuesday April 19th from 10 am to 4 pm. There will a stipend for this job, if you are interested you can contact the SGA office.

If you are interested in running for an SGA office you can sign out your application from the SGA office. You will need to complete the application and have a petition with student signatures completed and signed back into the SGA office by 4 pm on Friday April 8th.

Otherwise, simply do your student duty and cast your vote for who you would like to see holding an SGA office. You can cast your vote anytime between Monday April 18th from 10 am to 7 pm and Tuesday April 19th from 10 am to 4pm. Poll locations will be in the Glen, Burdick Hall, the 1st floor of the UU, the Susquehanna, and underneath of the Lecture Hall. If you take the time to make it to the polls, there will also be a raffle where you are able to win two air tickets for anywhere in the US. If you can?t make it to the polls, you can cast your vote on-line at {http://eballot.votenet.com/towson/}.

If you are involved in a group organization spread the word, there will be a $500 give away for the Student Organization with the highest number or participants.

If you are interested in coming to see what each party has to offer for Towson University in their plans for the upcoming year, an election debate will be held on Wednesday April 13th at 4 pm in Chesapeake I.
