All regular faculty and staff members who have been notified that they will be receiving an award at this years Service Awards Luncheon and who are planning on attending the event must pick up their complimentary ticket(s) no later than Tuesday, April 12.
Awardee comp tickets are available only at the Office of Human Resources, Administration Building, Room 101, between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
Ticket sales to the general campus will take place between Wednesday, April 13 and Wednesday, April 20. Since no one can attend the luncheon without a ticket, awardees who have not picked up their comp ticket(s) by the April 12 deadline are not guaranteed a seat at the event if all remaining tickets are sold to the general campus.
