Tiger/Triton Upgrade on December 28 will provide a Ten-Fold Increase in Student File Storage

The Office of Technology Services will be upgrading the student servers Tiger and Triton on December 28. The servers will be unavailable from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tiger is used for student file shares and web pages, while Triton is used by Computer Science students.

The quota for Tiger home directories will be significantly increased from 100 MB to 1 GB. Students can access their Tiger home directory by one of the following methods:

? From a web browser, go to {http://webdisk.towson.edu}
? Automatically mapped ?H:? drive in labs
? SSH to Tiger (using File Transfer)
