Laura Johnson, the author of a new book, All Things Considered, will read excerpts from her book and talk about her upcoming article in I Magazine. Laura is from Baltimore. She has succeeded in moving beyond the breakup of a long marriage to find happiness and creativity as she starts all over again. Worthwhile lessons for college students are woven into Laura’s memoirs. The phenomenon of “hooking up” and knowing what the pros and cons are in short and long term relationships provide valuable lessons around issues of identity and intimacy. This event is part of the Women’s Center programming for Women’s History Month.
