Want to be a Student Ambassador?

Student Ambassadors introduce Towson University to prospective students and their families by providing campus tours of the highest quality and participating in admissions related events and activities.

Ambassadors are expected to work 1 daily tour shift a week (Monday- Friday) and are required to complete a certain number of Saturday tours and special event hours.

Tours are daily:
Monday-Friday: 10 a.m., 12 noon and 2 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. and 12 noon

To uphold the position of a Student Ambassador, students must be registered for at least 12 credit hours, have a consistent minimum cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5, and have completed at least one term at Towson University or have a complete understanding of Towson University academics, student affairs, and general involvement and life on-campus. Pay for this position starts at $9.00 an hour.

Students wishing to apply for a Student Ambassador position must submit an application, transcript, and recommendations to the Marketing Coordinator in Enrollment Services, Room 203.
