The Office of Human Resources’ (OHR) Web site now includes instructions for “How to Recruit” to fill an open position and “How to Reclassify” a position.
To simplify the recruitment paperwork, OHR introduces a new three-in-one Position Requisition form that replaces the old Contingent Requisition, the Regular Requisition and the Hiring Freeze Exception forms.
