Please disregard this week’s prior “August Transactions” message. August transactions have not yet posted to FRS, and are still available in the system to be reallocated online. Apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.
All of the August VISA transactions from USBank are now on the ProCard Reallocation and Reconciliation System for you to view or make changes.
On WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15 at 2 p.m., these transactions will be transferred to the FRS system. If you are using the on-line ProCard system to move your VISA charges between accounts and/or subcodes, this is a reminder that once the period is closed, no further reallocations can be done. The period will then be available under the view-only history function.
