The Faculty/Staff Help Center’s Top 5 FAQs!
On a regular basis the Office of Technology Services will compile the most frequent issues fielded by the Faculty/Staff Help Center support staff to create a top five frequently asked questions list. The top five FAQs will be linked in Daily Digest and will include references to Web pages, self-help quicksheets, workshop information and Knowledge Center articles for more help. In addition, OTS will maintain an archive of the FAQs on its Web site.
