Student e-mail accounts are being migrated to a new e-mail environment, which will change the format of student e-mail addresses. The format under the current system is {username@towson.edu}; the new format will be {username@students.towson.edu}.
On January 13, 2009 student e-mail addresses in PeopleSoft and Blackboard will be updated to the new e-mail format. E-mails sent to students at their current address will be forwarded to their new address through May 26, 2009.
