ImageNow will be unavailable Friday, November 16 at noon through Monday, November 19 at 8 a.m. for scheduled system maintenance.
About the maintenance
- OTS will attempt to update the ImageNow desktop client to the latest version via an automated push. Systems online over the weekend will receive the new client.
- If the system is not connected to the network, the new client will be pushed as soon as the machine is connected.
- The upgrade introduces a new dark blue login screen, but the functionality is the same as the previous version once logged in.
When maintenance is complete, a post will be made to the OTS Alerts website, http://alerts.towson.edu and twitter @OTSAlerts.
As a reminder, the Office of Technology Services’ regular maintenance window is every Sunday from 6 a.m. until noon. Faculty and users are advised to keep this in mind when planning events, assignments and deadlines.
