County Roadwork is Underway. Expect Delays. Plan Ahead.
Motorists should expect delays along Towsontown Boulevard, where county roadwork continues.
Commuters should allow for extra travel time this week, as Towson University students moving into campus residences and ongoing construction around campus may cause additional traffic in the area.
When possible, members of the TU community should avoid a few of the heavier traffic areas on and around campus, and plan more time to reach their destinations.
Ongoing county construction on Towsontown Boulevard will limit traffic to one lane in each direction between Osler Drive and University Avenue. Westbound travelers on Towsontown Boulevard will have access to a left turn lane onto Osler Drive.
Motorists should avoid Cross Campus Drive, where traffic will be limited to one-way, westbound travel — from York Road to Osler Drive only — during Thursday’s student move-in times.
