Thanks to PNC Bank and Maryland Humanities, a limited number of FREE copies of the book, Bloodsworth: The True Story of the First Death Row Inmate Exonerated by DNA Evidence by Tim Junkin are available to TU students, faculty, and staff.
The book encapsulates an historical criminal justice milestone that took place in the State of Maryland, that would eventually lead to the exoneration of hundreds of others wrongfully accused of heinous, violent crimes.
This book has been selected as the One Maryland One Book and is being read across the state this fall. In support of this program, Towson will host events related to the book in the coming months. Stay tuned for details.
