As we prepare for the beginning of the Fall 2018 semester, there will be increased pedestrian traffic near and around the residence halls. Please abide by the guidelines below for Fall Move-In:
Official Move-In Days – Thursday, August 23rd from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday, August 25th & Sunday August 26th from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
-Parking permits are NOT required on these days.
-Please follow the direction of posted signs and staff in order to access unloading locations near the residence halls.
-Once directed to an unloading area by posted staff, please immediately unload your items to the grass and sidewalk areas.
–Do not leave your vehicle unattended – A driver must remain with the vehicle at all times while unloading.
-Vehicles may only remain in the unloading areas for a maximum of 15 minutes, after which vehicles must be relocated to a long term parking area.
-As soon as your belongings are unloaded from the vehicle, please move your vehicle to a designated parking area in the garages. Housing staff will be on site with carts to assist you with moving your items to your room.
Those moving into 10 West will receive specific direction from housing with regard to move in dates and process.
