The TU Marriott is closing July 1, 2018. Below is a list of alternate local hotels offering discounted rates for TU business and/or TU friends and family:
Sheraton North Towson
- $129/night for all reservations being paid by TU, good through 2018.
- Offers free shuttle service to TU, indoor pool, fitness room, bar, restaurant and extensive conference facilities.
- To request rooms, contact Chanell Darden-Smith at 443-921-2377. To request a block of 10 or more rooms, contact Cherise Bromley at 443-921-2309. Include your name, department name and budget code, the dates and number of rooms requested, and the purpose of the visit.
- The Sheraton does not currently offer a “friends and family” rate but may do so in the future. If so, it will be communicated via T3.
Courtyard by Marriott Hunt Valley
- $109/night for all reservations – including business and “friends and family” – through June 30, 2019.
- Offers an indoor pool, fitness room, restaurant, bar and small conference space.

Best Western Plus
- $103/night for all TU business, good through 2018.
