OTS Training Tip of the Week

Navigate Excel Spreadsheets with Ease

Here are some great Excel keyboard shortcuts that will come in useful, especially when working with large sets of data:

  • Arrow keys can be used to move once cell up, down, right or left.
  • CTRL + ↑ to jump to the top cell.
  • CTRL + ↓ to drop to the last cell before an empty cell.
  • CTRL+Home will navigate to cell A1.
  • CTRL+End will navigate to the end of the data in your spreadsheet.
