The upcoming 10 West Residence Hall, the old Towson University Marriott Hotel and Conference Center will undergo renovations this summer, beginning July 1, 2018. During that time, the building and adjoining parking garage will be closed to TU Faculty/Staff, students and visiting guests. When the building re-opens as 10 West in mid-August, the parking garage will be restricted to those with a valid 10 West Resident parking permit.
As a reminder, a valid TU permit is required year-round to park on campus from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday.
