Use Categories to Easily Organize Your Outlook Calendar
Color coding your calendar items in Outlook provides you with a quick and easy way to see what type of appointments you have. Here’s how to utilize the Categorize tool:
- Click on an appointment in your Outlook calendar.
- From the Meeting contextual tab in the ribbon, click the Categorize icon.
- Select a category from the drop-down list or create additional categories by clicking the All Categories option.
