What Better Way to Celebrate National Public Health Month Than with a Free Comprehensive Physical Fitness Assessment! Burdick Hall Will be the Place to be on 4/27/18!

Are you a student interested in learning how you perform on a physical fitness assessment?  If so, the Department of Kinesiology Exercise Science Students will be happy to assist you!

As part of National Public Health Month, on Friday, April 27 in Burdick 102, Exercise Science students will be conducting free comprehensive physical fitness assessments for students to include resting heart rate, resting blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular endurance, muscular fitness and flexibility.

To participate, you must be willing to follow explicit pre-test instructions which will be e-mailed to your TU e-mail address once you successfully sign up.  You must also be willing to stay for the full assessment which is approximately 90 minutes in length.  Please click on this link to sign up for your free assessment:  http://www.signupgenius.com/go/70a0b4da4a92bab9-spring13
