Join Towson University to celebrate Earth Day all month long! Show Mother Earth a little love this April by joining one of these activities:

April 3 –  Join President Schatzel at 10:30 a.m. for the official launch of the SPIN at TU bikeshare inTiger Plaza.

April 3 – Environmental Conference Keynote featuring Xuihtezcatl Martinez at 7 p.m. in the West Village Ballrooms.

April 4 – The Environmental Conference in the University Union from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sponsored by Civic Engagement and Social Responsibility.

April 4 – SPIN at TU bikeshare launch continues at Tiger Plaza with giveaways and free pizza.

April 8 – Sea Kayaking in the Chesapeake Bay with Outdoor Adventures.

April 10 – Student Environmental Organization takes on sustainability feminine hygiene in Freedom Square from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

April 10 – “Chasing Water in a Dynamic World” talk by Brian Richter at 7 p.m. in Lecture Hall 238.  Sponsored by the Honors College.

April 13 – English Ivy Pull in the Glen from noon to 4 p.m.

April 15 – Baltimore Bike Club biking orientation training in the Union from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

April 16 – Register your bike at Public Safety Day at the University Union Loading Dock from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.

April 17  – “Little Alberts” Plant giveaway in the Union 2nd floor from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sponsored by Cook Library.

April 18  – Tree Pruning 101 from noon to 1 p.m.  Meet at Tiger Plaza.

April 18 – Earth Day trivia contest from  in the library lobby from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.

April 19 – Ecology Walk through The Glen with John Lehman from Landscape Services at noon.

April 21  – THE BIG EVENT!

April 22  – Rock climbing at Sugarloaf Mountain with Outdoor Adventures.

April 27 –  Arbor Day spring planting event in The Glen from noon to 4 p.m.
