Towson University is proud to welcome:

 Xiuhtezcatl Martinez as the Keynote Speaker for the 2018 Environmental Conference! 

Xiuhtezcatl (pronounced ‘Shoe-Tez-Caht’) is a 17-year old indigenous climate activist, hip-hop artist, author, and powerful voice on the front lines of a global youth-led environmental movement. He is the Youth Director of Earth Guardians, and has been an active advocate for environmental issues, especially climate change, since he was six years old. The Keynote Event will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 7 p.m. in the West Village Ballrooms. Doors will open at 6:00 p.m. Open to all TU faculty, staff, students, and community members.
